Sorry guys, we can’t help but bust out: “Taecyeon and Suzy sitting in a tree… K-I-S-S-I-N-G…”

Fans of the Taecyeon and Suzy couple finally got the scene they’ve been waiting for, as the two shared a kiss in the 10th episode of KBS’s “Dream High“!

This week’s episode focused on the students’ trip to Nagoya, Japan. While they were riding a ferris wheel together, ‘Jin Guk’ musters his courage to lean in and give ‘Hyemi’ a kiss in an attempt to bridge any hurt she felt by his broken promise to her. To recap, ‘Jin Guk’ promised to perform on stage with her, but he ended up debuting with group ‘K’ first.

Producers commented, “The staff were surprised at how Taecyeon and Suzy managed to bring their emotions into their characters. This kiss scene allows for the two to solve any misunderstandings and realize their feelings for one another, but this also puts the third component of their love triangle, ‘Sam Dong,’ in a position of rivalry. Please look forward to see how their love line will develop.”

miss A’s Suzy fails at taking a picture with her “Dream High” classmates

Earlier today, miss A’s Suzy revealed a somewhat incomplete selca of herself with three other “Dream High” cast members.

On February 4th, Suzy posted a photo of herself with fellow actors JOO, Jeon Ah Min, and Kim Soo Hyun. However, this selca attempt proved to be unsatisfactory, because Suzy had focused the camera too much on herself, cutting off everyone else in the picture. She tweeted,

“I’m certain the four of us took the picture together… kekekekekeke I’m sorry Ah Jung unni, In Sung oppa, Sam Dong oppa. Selfish Hyemi… ㅇㅅㅇ“

Fans commented, “Dream High?? I LOVE IT!!!!!!” and “Ah Jung, Sam Dong, and In Sung are still cute even though their faces didn’t appear fully“.

Kim Soo Hyun reveals which “Dream High” co-star is his ideal girl

Actor Kim Soo Hyun recently participated in a “Dream High” press conference with his fellow castmates, and he delivered an interview that left reporters feeling like this young star was wiser than his years.

Kim Soo Hyun began with his reflections on how the drama is faring in ratings. “I’m happy the ratings are going up, but the actors and the staff are not quite satisfied yet”. He added, “I would like to see the drama do well. We will show you a youth drama overflowing with passion and fighting spirit“.

Kim continued, “Until now, I’ve only acted, but singers have to act while singing and dancing on stage. I can feel them fill the screen with energy just from their performances alone. It was hard for me to bring myself up to par with my singer co-stars, but I think I will have learned a huge lesson by the end of this project”.

Reporters then turned to the topic of his rivalry with 2PM’s Taecyeon, who plays ‘Jin Gook’. “On screen, Taecyeon and I have an interesting tension through eye contact alone. So even when we’re not shooting, I tend to keep looking at him.” Then he jokingly added, “When I turn around, I want to see him again!”

Kim was then asked who his ideal girl was out of all of his idol co-stars. Replying with much wit, he answered “Suzy in the spring, Eun Jung in the summer, IU in the fall, and Taecyeon in the winter.”

The members of Dream High predict the most successful character

‘Yoon Baekhee’ and ‘Song Samdong,’ students played by Ham Eunjung and Kim Soohyun, were chosen to be the most successful characters among the cast of ‘Dream High.’

During a press conference for the show, the five cast members of ‘Dream High’ were to individually choose a character in the drama who they thought would succeed.

Kim Soohyun said, “Yoon Baekhee will succeed the most,” and Bae Suzy agreed, saying, “Baekhee practices will all her effort and as much as she gives, she will do well.”

Wooyoung drew attention when he chose IU, with whom he has a love line. Wooyoung said, “Pilsook is going to succeed the most” and “I will be a Jason that continues to support Pilsook.”

Eunjung said, “Catching up as someone who started behind, as well as with him being a genius, I think Song Samdong will succeed.” Taecyeon echoed that opinion, “Lee Sungchul sunbaenim once said ‘A singer must be born with talent’” and “Song Samdong is born with talent so he’ll do well.”

miss A’s Suzy shares fun selcas from the set of “Dream High”

miss A’s Suzy, who’s currently starring as the leading female role of ‘Hyemi’ in KBS 2TV’s “Dream High,” revealed cute selca photos of herself and the film set of the drama through her Twitter.

On the morning of January 27th, the actress tweeted, “Hungry Hyemi’s Tweet,” and captioned the accompanying photo with, “One wintery day.”

For the picture below, Suzy wrote, “Hyemi looking excited while wearing a fertilizer burlap bag.”

The picture is presumably from the set of the episode aired on January 10th, where she followed castmate Kim Soo Hyun to attend the ‘National Talent Show.’

The selca goddess also uploaded two more pictures showing off a different image than her usual self by donning a sexier see-through black outfit.

Netizens commented, “Cutie pie Suzy!,” “I’m having fun watching your drama,” “You look like a goddess wearing anything,” and “How can she be so pretty?!”

[Spoiler: Dream High] Suzy performs a duet with…

Kim Soo Hyun and Suzy teamed up for an impressive duet performance, which will be aired on this week’s episode of KBS 2TV’s “Dream High“!

The two took charge of the opening stage for the entrance class’ first showcase performance. The stage is an especially important one, as it managed to draw ‘Sam Dong‘ (Kim Soo Hyun)’s mother into the audience.

Sam Dong was both happy and nervous about his mother watching, and so ‘Hyemi‘ (Suzy) decided to help ease his nerves by holding tightly onto his hand as they performed Sam Dong’s self-compsed track, “Maybe“.

Although their performance wasn’t as extravagant as the art class’, Sam Dong and Hyemi’s song was praised for its simplistic beauty. The sounds of a simple piano melody and guitar rhythm perfectly communicated both their innocence and their strong love for music.
