Stars pair up for SBS’s “Star Couple Challenge Cup”

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon and After School’s Kahi paired up for SBS’s new Lunar New Year special, “Star Couple Challenge Cup.’

As it was first time the two ever came together for a sexy couple performance, both dancers were said to have immediately captured everyone’s attention when they performed Madonna’s “4 Minutes.”

But they weren’t the only couple exhibiting hot stunts for the show.

Female football player Yeo Min Ji (18) teamed up with SHINee’s Minho to perform a couple dance. Stirring up jealousy from the ladies on set, Yeo had not only received Minho’s special tips, but got the opportunity to stick close by his side throughout the recording.

When asked whether she had liked anyone in particular on-set, she revealed, “I was originally a fan ofZE:A’s Kwang Hee’s, but I like Minho now!”

Kwang Hee pouted, “I guess even Yeo Min Ji looks at physical appearance in the opposite sex.”

Other special performances include a teleportation trick by magician Choi Hyun Woo and f(x)’sVictoria, a kiss performance by Im Yo Hwan and Kim Ga Yeon, and a military version of SNSD’s “Genie” performed by ’soldier idols’ Moon Hee Jun, Kim Dong Wan, and 2AM’s Changmin.

The special can be seen on February 3rd at 6 PM KST.

After School’s UEE is scared of Kahi & Seo In Young

After confessing that she was a shopaholic fiend for shoes, Seo In Young continued her candid admissions by revealing that she believes others could be intimidated by her loud personality.

On the January 24th episode of SBS’s “Night After Night“, the singer said: ”It’s my personality to just speak directly, which I think scares a lot of people. While I was resting from my promotions, I heard of a blacklist with names of idols who aren’t good at greeting their seniors. I kept the list in mind, but found that those idols actually greeted me quite well.” She added with a laugh, “I’m not sure if it’s because they’re afraid of me or what.”

MC Tak Jae Hoon then turned to After School’s UEE and asked, “Are you afraid of senior Seo In Young?“ UEE answered, “Since she’s my senior, I can’t exactly say that I’m not scared of her.”

The MC continued, “Who’s scarier, Kahi or Seo In Young?“ To the amusement of the studio. UEE truthfully replied, “Both!”
