Wheesung reveals his dieting secrets


Singer/producer Wheesung has revealed that he lost a total of 30kg through his new diet.
Wheesung first began describing what his diet consisted of: “Chicken breasts sold in markets with salad without dressing. When starving, snack on a few almonds. Take vitamin C and multivitamins regularly. Drink twice as much water. All other foods are not allowed.”
Next, he listed his workouts: “Do ab workouts first. Make the blood circulate around the stomach and use interval training workouts to burn fat (sprint for 2 minutes, walk for 1 minute for 30 minutes total). Next comes weight training. If your goal isn’t to bulk up, then circulate the weights. Finally, speed walk for 30 minutes. Let’s all do the Wheesung workout for 3 weeks!”
Netizens who read his tweets have been commenting with disbelief, especially over the small amount of food he consumes. “Is this a meal? It seems more like a snack” and “This isn’t a diet plan; it’s a death plan“, they exclaimed.
